New Liskeard Lions Celebrate 80 Years & Celebrate a Member’s 78 Years of Service

Lionism is a way of life. It is committing yourself to serve your community and it’s a tremendous achievement especially if you commit yourself for 78 years! That’s right! Lion Eric Campsall from the New Liskeard Lions Club at the wonderful age of 101 years, has been serving his community for 78 years actively! District Governor Lion Sam was very lucky to meet him this past weekend during New Liskeard’s 80th Charter Night. To chat with him about Lionism in Northern Ontario, just unbelievable. What an honour to present him with a special plaque commemorating this milestone on behalf of the A5 District and the President of Lion’s International’s special banner.
